However, due to the unique nature of original artwork and limited editions, we have implemented a strict "No Returns" policy. We encourage all patrons to thoroughly review and consider their selections before purchasing.
Once an artwork has been purchased, it is considered a final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the artwork has been significantly damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. (Please see our shipping insurance policy and guarantee.)
It is important to note that as handmade works of art, some pieces may exhibit unique characteristics, slight variations, or imperfections, which contribute to their authenticity and value.
