Service Description
What's included? - Class for up to 12 people. ($100 each per extra student). - 4 days of class, about 3-4 hours per day. (This is flexible, and we can adjust to your schedule, but the class must be on consecutive days) - Live pottery firing - All materials. - Instructions by a Mata Ortiz master potter. We will provide some snacks and drinks, but we recommend bringing lunch! (Please let us know of any allergies) BYOB? - If you're over 21 years old, yes! What is taught? Traditional methods of shaping, sanding, polishing, and painting. On the last day, you can relax and watch your creation be fired outdoors.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that sessions must be approved. A deposit is required to lock in your date. To cancel or reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance. For the MATA ORTIZ group class, please cancel two weeks in advance since this involves travel plans for the instructor. Deposits are not reimbursable; store credit will be given instead.
